I get both my vehicles serviced here. Always been fair with the rates never feel like they try to sell me stuff I don't need and I always get my vehicles within a day or two.

I’m sharing this experience so others considering GNT Automotive Sales and Service can make an informed decision. My significant other and I communicated with Greg about purchasing a vehicle he had listed for sale. Through text messages, we discussed the vehicle, agreed on a price, and arranged to come purchase it. We live about an hour away, and on the day of the planned transaction communication continued confirming we were on our way. After driving nearly the entire distance with cash in hand, we received a message approximately 10 minutes before arrival stating that the vehicle had been sold to another buyer. We had arranged our schedules and made the trip based on the expectation — created through prior communication — that the vehicle would be available when we arrived. Receiving last-minute notice after a confirmed plan resulted in a completely unnecessary trip and significant wasted time. We were later told the sale was handled on a “first come, first served” basis. While businesses may choose their own policies, this experience demonstrated that a vehicle may still be sold to another buyer even after pricing discussions and pickup arrangements have been made and travel

Got my Explorer back running like new! Greg delivered as promised. Additionally, For the complexity of the job, I was actually prepared to be charged a higher price than I paid. Honest, friendly service!
